Heel pain is one of the top foot complaints encountered. It can hit you fast and hard or gradually creep its way in.. Usually it is at the bottom of the heel bone slightly in front of the bone, but can be directly under it or around the edge, pending how you are compensating. The longer its there, the more you compensate and usually create additional problems up the back of the heel or leg or even the other foot ! Pain can be worse in the morning or with prolonged standing. Sometimes pain lets loose a little, but if you sit a while and stand up pain hits again!
